All underlying code, methodologies, workflows, and datasets created by the Consultant remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Consultant unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Organization is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to use the project deliverables solely for wall inventory and non-intervention ecological study.

The Consultant prohibits project deliverables from being incorporated into, used to develop, or used to support any commercial product, service, business activity, or revenue-generating venture by any organization or individual. Deliverables may not be sold, sublicensed, redistributed, or otherwise used for commercial gain.
